Dosage02
What is the Glyco Defender dosage on the label?
The Glyco Defender dosage is one dropperful, or 1 mL, once a day. The label adds: shake well first, place it in the mouth, and swallow.
No time of day is printed. The sales page also allows mixing the dropper into a glass of water (Glyco Defender sales page).
The numbers line up neatly. Thirty servings at one a day means one bottle lasts a month.
| Serving size | 1 mL (one full dropper) |
|---|---|
| Servings per bottle | 30 |
| Days per bottle | 30 |
| Chromium per day | 7 mcg (20% DV) |
| Chromium per bottle | 7 mcg x 30 = 210 mcg |
| Blend per day | 15.47 mg, all 21 ingredients together |
Step-by-step use is on the how to take Glyco Defender page.
Blend math03
How much of each ingredient is in the 15.47 mg blend?
The label does not say. A proprietary blend only needs its total weight and its order from most to least (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)).
The order still sets limits. Since every ingredient weighs no more than the one above it, the one in place k can hold at most 15.47 / k mg.
An even split gives each about 0.74 mg. Real shares are uneven, but none can break its ceiling.

What do the ^ and quote marks on the label mean?
They name the extract strength. A ^ means the extract came from a 20:1 concentrate, and a quote mark means 10:1.
Eleven plant lines carry the ^. African mango carries the quote mark.
A 20:1 ratio says roughly 20 parts of raw plant went into 1 part of extract. It does not multiply the milligrams. The whole blend still weighs 15.47 mg.
What is missing06
What does the Glyco Defender label leave out?
The label leaves out single ingredient amounts, a caffeine figure, the maker's name and any test data. Those gaps matter when you weigh it.
- No amount for any of the 21 blend ingredients.
- No caffeine figure, though guarana and green tea are listed (MSKCC, Guarana).
- No manufacturer, only a distributor in Ogden, Utah.
- No lab report. Lot GD-26/GL-2630 is a seller reference, not proof.
Real bottles print a lot code and best-before date on the base. To check a bottle, see batch verify.
Warnings07
What warnings are on the Glyco Defender label?
The label warns against going over the dose and rules out anyone under 18 and pregnant or nursing women. People with a known medical condition should ask a physician first.
It also says to keep the bottle from children and not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
The xylitol in the base is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). And keep taking prescribed medicine as directed; a supplement never replaces it. Details: Glyco Defender side effects and every ingredient.
FAQ08
Glyco Defender label questions
Does the Glyco Defender label list calories?
Yes. The Supplement Facts panel lists 0 calories per 1 mL serving. It also notes the drops are not a significant source of fat, sugars, protein, sodium or several vitamins and minerals.
What does 20% DV mean on the Glyco Defender label?
It means 7 mcg of chromium covers 20% of the 35 mcg Daily Value. The Daily Value is a label reference amount. Chromium glucose studies used far more, from 200 to 1,000 mcg a day (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Where is the lot number on a Glyco Defender bottle?
Real bottles show a lot code and best-before date on the base, not on the facts panel. Lot GD-26/GL-2630, quoted by the seller, is a reference and not a lab result.
Is the Glyco Defender dosage different on the sales page?
No. Both say one full dropper, 1 mL, a day, and both treat a bottle as 30 days. The sales page only adds the option of stirring the dose into a glass of water.
Why does the Glyco Defender label say not intended to treat any disease?
Federal rules require that statement next to supplement claims the FDA has not evaluated. It tells you the drops are a supplement, not a medicine. The FDA does not review supplements before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
Does the Glyco Defender label list allergens?
No allergen statement appears on the label we read. The other ingredients are water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, stevia, xylitol and citrus extract. If you have allergies, ask the order desk or your pharmacist first.
